Holiday Gift Drive

Holiday Gift Drive
As you may know, the Liberty Corner Fire Company is an all-volunteer organization responsible for raising the majority of our own funding through various events such as this Holiday Gift Delivery, our Spaghetti Dinners and our Annual Fund Drive. These funds are used to purchase new fire fighting equipment and maintain our existing equipment and facilities.

What Will Happen
For a $50 donation per family, Santa Claus (or a fire fighter in lieu of Santa Claus) will arrive at your home via a fire truck to deliver a holiday gift (which you provide) to your child(ren). The fire truck will arrive at your home with its lights and sirens activated. After the truck comes to a complete stop outside your home, each child is encouraged to come to the fire truck to receive his/her gift from Santa (or a fire fighter).

What You Do
Drop Off Dates:
Sunday, December 14, 2008 from 10 am to Noon
Tuesday, December 16, 2008 from 7 pm to 9 pm

Please bring your $50 donation, your pre-wrapped gift(s) for each child and the completed form below (please complete a form for each gift) to the Liberty Corner Firehouse on dates and times above.  Note: Each pre-wrapped gift must be labeled with your child's full name and street address and must have the bottom portion of this form completed and securely fastened to it. You will receive a numbered gift receipt and the approximate time that Santa (or a fire fighter) will deliver your gift(s).

Please Note All gifts will be delivered on Saturday, December 20, 2008.  The approximate time of your delivery will be assigned to you when you drop off your gift(s). Due to our limited resources, we will only be delivering gifts to residents in our fire/rescue territory and will be limiting participation to the first 150 households. (You are a resident in the Liberty Corner fire/rescue territory if you receive our annual Fund Drive solicitation in the mail each spring.)
